LANDLORD REPRESENTATION – CASE STUDY
Our Client had an underdeveloped lot with an existing building that was approximately 7,000 SF. They originally wanted us to fill the vacancy, but after some time and added deliberation, they elected to re-develop the lot to maximize its potential and investment returns.
We helped to assemble a Team that investigated the feasibility of the proposed re-development project, as well as moving the project forward. Today, the site is now home to a new Class A 20,000 SF medical office building, which was Fully Leased pre-construction to 4 Tenants.
The project was recently nominated for a NAIOP award for “Best Healthcare Project.

INVESTMENT SALES – CASE STUDY
Our Client originally purchased a building for his own practice, with plans to lease out the remaining space to other Tenants for rental income. Later on he decided to lease out the entire building, including his space, and sell it as an income producing property.
While working with the client, we ended up leasing a portion of the building, renovating the upstairs, and installing an elevator to enhance the building’s functionality for medical space. We were later approached by a Practice that wanted to purchase the building for their own use. We ended up selling for 5% less than our asking price.
